In November 2022, we were entrusted by an insurance company to urgently arrange a medical charter flight to bring a foreign worker back to China.
The employee had suffered serious mechanical injuries, including a torn scalp and cervical spine injury, as well as a lung infection, due to improper operation. The situation was critical.
To comply with epidemic prevention regulations, we obtained entry permission from the Civil Aviation Administration after a tense and arduous application process. Under our full supervision, the medical charter flight took more than 20 hours to safely deliver the patient to Chengdu Airport.
During this transfer, we dispatched a professional medical team to accompany the patient, constantly monitoring their physical condition and providing necessary treatment. We also implemented multiple protective measures to ensure the health and safety of all personnel during the flight.
We are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and comfortable services for our clients, and have established an extensive global cooperation network.
This successful medical charter transfer case fully demonstrates our ability to respond to crises and our professional level, providing strong assurance for our clients.
